Port Elizabeth - Following their 1-1 draw against Chippa United on Friday, AmaZulu head coach Steve Barker insisted that the point gained might play a crucial role in helping Usuthu avoid automatic relegation to the National First Division (NFD) next season.

Usuthu and the Chilli Boys shared the spoils in an entertaining encounter at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Port Elizabeth.
