    Mahindra First to spend Rs 250 crore to expand network

    INDORE: Mahindra First Choice Services (MFCS) plans to invest Rs 250 crore in creating basic infrastructure and expand its network across the country, it was officially announced here today.
    "We will invest Rs 250 crore to create basic infrastructure and expansion of our network across the country," MFCS Marketing and Franchise Business Unit Head, Alok Kapur told reporters here today.

    "Under the plan we will raise the number of workshops to 500 and also increase the number of cluster warehouses to 40," he said.

    At present, MFCS runs 58 workshops, including 29 company owned workshops in the country, besides 12 cluster warehouses.

    The company plans to set up its first warehouse in Indore soon.

    It plans to set up 63 workshops in Madhya Pradesh by 2018 under a franchisee model.
