According to reports, Adi proposed to his stunning girlfriend while they were on holiday in the Caribbean.
Confirming the happy news, Bar’s representative told JustJared.com: “We are pleased to announce the supermodel Bar Refaeli is engaged to her boyfriend Adi Ezra.”
Lingerie and catwalk star Bar has been keeping fans updated with cute pictures of herself and Adi on her Instagram page for the past few months.
This will be the second marriage for the beautiful Israelian, who wed a family friend in 2007 to prevent her from being drafted into the country’s army. They later got a divorce.

Bar formerly dated Titanic actor Leonardo DiCaprio, on and off from 2005 to 2011.
But after the end of the relationship, Bar struggled to find romance, and admitted she had no idea why she couldn’t snare a man.
“I don't understand it,” Bar said during an interview with Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth in October 2013.
“I’m okay. I look great. I’m cool. I like going out. I like being at home, I like movies, I like eating. So what’s wrong with me? Why am I alone?”

While Bar is now happily engaged to Adi, who is the chairman of the food importing company Neto ME Holdings Ltd, Leonardo is also believed to have found love.
According to reports, the actor is dating Rihanna. Despite a representative for the star previously denying the claims, the pair have been pictured together and continue to fuel romance rumours.
