The district administration in co-operation with the District Employment Exchange will organise a “job mela” here on March 15.
Collector E. Vallavan said that the Ponnaiyah Ramajayam Institute of Medical Sciences at Mahabalipuram in Kanchipuram district had come forward to provide employment to the aspiring medical and paramedical candidates from the district in their institute in the proposed job mela.
They have decided to recruit 107 doctors, 250 paramedial staff and others workers in various branches including surgery, medicines, paediatrics, O&G, ENT, ophthalmology, and orthopaedics for their institute.
Interested candidates can attend the interview at Government Middle School, Rajiv Gandhi Nagar, P.K. Salai at Karaikal between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.
