Getting married is a big step as you plan to share your entire existence with someone else – another person who will know exactly how you sleep, how you eat and when you poop! But the good thing is that if worked out well, you both can successfully shed those extra kilos and live a fit life that you’ve been dreaming for so long about.
You now have another person to share your fitness tips with and experiment with on every new fitness trend that you read about.
Earlier, if you’ve tried doing the GM diet or even tried a detox cleanse but failed miserably, because either your mum made superb aloo parathas for dinner or your friends took you out for coffee which later turned into a full junk meal – now you are double the strength.
Make your own health meals for two and enjoy them with your partner in crime. You both could begin eating healthy and share a meal. You or your partner won’t be cooking only for yourselves but for each other so the meal will be extra delicious too!
Get up and get exercising – from an early morning jog to some holistic couple’s yoga, you guys could take your pick! You now even have a partner for salsa and rumba classes for fitness – join any one out of these and get set going!
Go food shopping together, this could be your best trick! While alone, food shopping can get strenuous as you might be tempted to reach out for that packet of cookies but if you’re two people, you will be able to control each other’s urges and simply put a stop to all unhealthiness.
You can share your sins – now you have someone to share dessert with! That easily means that you go halfsies on calories too!
