Gujarat govt considering upgrade of five district hospitals

Gujarat government is considering upgradation of existing government hospitals in amreli, Palanpur, Nadiad, Godhra and Vyara districts to start medical colleges there.
This was stated by state Health Minister in reply to Amreli MLA Paresh Dhanani during ongoing budget session of Gujarat Assembly.
The Minister however added that further procedure in this direction will be done only after approval granted by the Government of India.
