Here’s what went down on Thursday’s Consumer Confidential segment on KTLA-TV:

Snuggies settlement. Allstar Marketing Group, the company behind Snuggies blankets, the Perfect Bacon Bowl and other “as seen on TV” products, will shell out $8 million to settle allegations by the Federal Trade Commission that it deceived customers. Apparently, all those extra “handling” and “processing” fees jacked up prices way beyond what customers reasonably expected, the FTC said.

Peeps milk. Yes, a Peeps-flavored milk has arrived. Prairie Farms is producing three varieties of the Easter-themed brew -- Marshmallow Milk, Chocolate Marshmallow Milk and Easter Egg Nog. And each serving contains 37 grams of sugar, which should keep you buzzing for about a week.

Bathroom czar. Seattle’s public transit system is seeking a “bathroom czar” who can track down and arrange access to toilets throughout the city that bus drivers can use in their times of need. The gig pays nearly $100,000 a year. Really.
