LJP seeks attention of Govt towards employees’ issues

JAMMU, Mar 4: State unit of Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) today sought attention of newly formed PDP-BJP Coalition Government in the State towards the issues of employees and general public.
Addressing a joint press conference here today, LJP provincial president, Jammu, Dev Raj and general secretary, Bodh Raj Sharma urged the Coalition Government in the State to release 17% DA in favour of State Government employees, which is pending since long.
They also stressed upon the Government to slash transport fares to give relief to daily commuters including employees and students.
The LJP leaders expressed hope of smooth functioning of Coalition Government for proper development of the State. They also hoped that the new Government will maintain peace and integrity in the State and work for betterment of general public, particularly poor and downtrodden.
The other leaders present were KL Sharma, Kamlesh Kumari, Raj Kumar, Vijay Singh, Bablu Kumar, Rajinder Kumar and Ashwani Kumar.
