GUERRERO VENTURES TO COMMENCE TRADING ON THE OTCQB MARKETPLACE

Guerrero Ventures Inc.'s application to have its common shares quoted on the OTCQB venture-stage marketplace in the United States has been approved.

As of March 3, 2015, Guerrero's common shares can be found on the OTCQB under the trading symbol GVXNF. North American and international investors can trade, and find news, current financial disclosure and real-time level 2 quotes for GVXNF at the OTC Markets website.

OTC Markets Group Inc., located in New York, N.Y., operates the world's largest electronic interdealer quotation system for broker-dealers to trade over 9,000 securities not listed on any other United States stock exchange. It is organized into three tiers based on the level of disclosure and share price: OTCQX, OTCQB and Pink Sheets.
