President Obama's first press secretary said Tuesday that Hillary Clinton's use of a personal e-mail address rather than a government account while secretary of state was “highly unusual.”

“I think it’s something that they’re going to have to explain in good measure today and probably figure out how to get a lot of those e-mails, or as many as they can back into the archive,” Robert Gibbs said on the Today show.
