Which actor doesn't like to be called sir?
Taruun asks Sonu Gowda not to call him sir!
Two young actors who are part of the comedy caper Goa had a little awkward situation last weekend during the promotion.
The multi-starrer has Komal, Taruun, Sriki, Sharmeila Mandre, Sonu and Rachel in the lead. Sonu was the only female actress from the film that was present at the press meet.
All was well until she addressed Taruun as 'Taruun sir' in her customary speech to the media.Taruun, however, was not amused.
When his turn came, he said, "We are more or less of the same age.
Please do not call me sir." While calling someone 'sir' in the film industry is acknowledgement of their position rather than seniority, Taruun cannot be faulted for taking it as a sign of age!
