An initiative by Kazhcha Film Forum, the van laded with projectors, lights and other hi-fi screening equipment will screen award-winning filmmaker Sanalkumar Sasidharan’s Oralpokkam at venues across the district in the coming days. Mr. Sanal said that Cinema Vandi is an effort to bring the best of independent cinema to the film lovers across the State and outside. “It’s an attempt to usher in a new cinema viewing culture,” he said. Cinema Vandi will be in Ernakulam till March 5 before moving to Thrissur.
