Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Feb. 25, 2015, effective at 9:24 a.m., March 2, 2015, trading in the shares of QE2 Acquisition Corp. will remain halted pending receipt and review of acceptable documentation regarding the company's change of business and/or reverse takeover.
