New Lagonda Taraf is Aston Martin’s super saloon limited to just 200 units

Unveiled first in Dubai late last year, the Aston Martin Lagonda Taraf is offered only to buyers in the Middle East, until now. Aston Martin has now unveiled that the exotically designed model is being built in a strictly limited small series of no more than 200 cars.

With it now being re-engineered in either left or right-hand drive configuration, the Lagonda Taraf will now be sold in markets including Continental Europe, the UK and South Africa. 

Aston Martin says the car is hand-built at the brand’s manufacturing facilities in Gaydon and Warwickshire, in a dedicated building previously given over to making the One-77 supercar. It uses the same 6-litre, V12 engine used in the rest of the Aston Martin range. 

The new Lagonda Taraf joins Aston’s previous special projects which include the One-77, the V12 Zagat,  the Geneva-bound Vulcan hyper car and the Vantage GT3.
