Nikki to act in a Telugu film

Nikki to act in a Telugu film
Nikki Galrani is making her presence felt in the South and her next will be a Telugu film. The untitled film is directed by Vasu Varma and Nikki is paired opposite Telugu actor Sunil in the film. About her character, Nikki says, “I play a cute girl-next-door, who is fond of writing and is keen to publish a book. This character is entirely different from the characters I play in my upcoming Malayalam films.”
Interestingly, contrary to her cute girl act in Telugu, her upcoming Malayalam films — Dileep-starrer Ivan Maryadaraman and Shibu Gangadharan’s Rudrasimhasanam — will see her trying out action for the first time.
Says Nikki, “Mafia Sasi was the stunt master for both the films. I was scared while shooting action scenes for Ivan Maryadaraman. However, soon I started enjoying it. In Rudrasimhasanam, I was more at ease doing fight sequences.”
Nikki reportedly sports three different get-ups in Rudrasimhasanam. However, the actress is tight-lipped about her different avatars. I play Thamburatti Haimavathi and is paired opposite Suresh Gopi. That’s all I can reveal now.” The actress also has 10-day shoot pending for Oru Second Class Yathra in which she plays an elder sister to actor Vineeth Sreenivasan.
After completing the shoot of her Malayalam projects, she will fly to Europe in March for the shoot of her Telugu film.
