The students of Sri Venkateswara College grooved to the tunes of Mohit Chauhan, when the singer performed at the annual fest of the college in the capital recently.
As soon as Chauhan got on stage, he told the students, “Raat badi haseen hain, and you guys have made it even more beautiful.“
As the crowd around the stage grew, many formed groups near the garden and gate and kept dancing.
Abhinay Mandani, a student of the college, told us, “It's too crowded near the stage so we are enjoying the music from a distance.“
The crowd sang along with the crooner to songs like Tera Hone Laga Hun, and of course, Dooba Dooba. Chauhan said, “I started my journey with Dooba Dooba.“
He even dedicated Masakali from Delhi 6 and Tum Ho Paas Mere from Rockstar to the girls of Venky .The evening ended with the crowd dancing to and singing Sadda Haq along with the singer. Some continued the music festivities as they sang Bollywood numbers and danced with their friends, even after Mohit had left the campus.
