LONDON, Feb 27 (Reuters) - Standard Life Investments, the fund arm of insurer Standard Life (LSE: SL.L - news) , said on Friday it voted against management recommendations in 907 resolutions in 2014.

SLI also said in its annual governance and stewardship reviw that it was escalating concerns about Sports Direct, Afren (LSE: AFR.L - news) and Micro Focus Intl (Frankfurt: M7Q4.F - news) . (Reporting by Carolyn Cohn; editing by Simon Jessop)
