‘Taapsee Pannu’ auditions for Dangal

Taapsee Pannu has also auditioned to play one of Phogat's daughters in Dangal.

While it is known that Khan will play Mahavir Singh Phogat, the film’s female leads have not yet been finalised. Kangana Ranaut denied she was approached to play Geeta, as reported.

Then Taapsee Pannu’s name cropped up and she also denied signing the film. But apparently some actresses are being auditioned for the part and Pannu who displayed her acting chops in the recently released Baby, where she played an undercover agent, has also auditioned to play one of Phogat’s daughters.
