Roopkumar Rathod's Marathi comeback

Popular singer Roopkumar Rathod has recently come back to Marathi cinema with the movie 'Shali,' according to a website.
Informing about Rathod's upcoming venture, marathimovieworld reported, "#RoopkumarRathod records second song for #MarathiFilm '#Shali'. #MarathiSongs #Songs #Music #Song #Singer #MMW #MarathiMovieWorld (sic)."
Debutant director Atul Satam has adapted Shankar Patil's story for this upcoming film while the songs have been recorded recently.'Shali' tells the story of a beautiful and intelligent young girl. The story is based in the period of 1970-1980 in Konkan region. Atul Satam has written the screenplay while Padmashree Madhumangesh Karnik has penned dialogues for the film.
Shali features actors Chetana Bhat, Vijay Gokhale, Sanjivani Jadhav, Digambar Naik, Jaywant Wadkar, Shivkanta Sutar and Ganesh Mane as music director Vijay Narayan Gawande and Nandu Ghanekar have composed the songs written by Guru Thakur and Makrand Sawant.
Apart from Roopkumar Rathod, Aarti Ankalikar-Tikekar and Bela Shende have also lent their voices for the songs.
