Dildeep and Zorawar Kalra recently hosted an evening to commemorate the contribution of Jiggs Kalra, over the past 40 years, towards reviving, restoring, recording, reinventing and reintroducing Indian cuisine to diners from across the globe and placing it on the global map at Masala Library by Jiggs Kalra, the magnum-opus of the legend of Indian cuisine.

In attendance at the event were celebrities and industry personalities, including Parveen Dusanj, Kunal Vijayakar, Vikram Bawa, Carol Gracias, Gaurav Goenka, Riyaaz Amlani, Shamita Singha, Jay Soni, Karan Tacker, Nachiket Barve, Biswajit Chakraborty, Ranveer Brar and Vivan Bhatena, among others.
