Problem Note 54918: The error "...No name matching" occurs in the SASLogon94.log file when SAS® Environment Manager is configured for SSL using the default setting
When SAS Environment Manager is configured for the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol using the defaults in the SAS® Deployment Wizard, the wizard creates a self-signed certificate that causes the SASLogin9.4 log to display the following error:
2014-06-18 18:07:01,059 [tomcat-http--38] ERROR org.jasig.cas.util.HttpClient -
java.security.cert.CertificateException: No name matching
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx found
javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: java.security.cert.CertificateException: No
name matching xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx found at sun.security.ssl.Alerts.getSSLException(Alerts.java:192)
To resolve this problem, you need to create a custom keystore for SAS Environment Manager. For details about how to create a custom keystore, see "Certificates for SAS Environment Manager in "Chapter 5: Setting Up Certificates for SAS Deployment" in the SAS® 9.4 Intelligence Platform: Installation and Configuration Guide.
