Nellore: In a drunken state, a man chopped off his penis during an altercation with his wife at Nellore on Sunday night. He also sustained burns after hot oil from a pan spilled on him while he was fighting with his wife, who had been cooking.
According to the police, Seshaiah, 45, from Gangavaram village in Kovur mandal, is an alcoholic. He had been harassing his wife for the last three years. She is residing away from him. He came to her house on Sunday night and demanded money which lead to the fight.
