Fresh FIR of fraud against fake judge
GURGAON: A fresh cheating case has been registered against fake judge Ashish Bishnoi Sen for allegedly duping a Sector 52 resident of Rs 90 lakh, a police official said on Monday.
The official said an FIR was lodged at the Sushant Lok police station after the victim, Sanjay Srivastav, complained to the police that he paid Rs 90 lakh to Sen after he promised to get him a HUDA plot and a shop in a mall on MG Road.

The victim allegedly gave Rs 45 lakh to Sen and another Rs 45 lakh to the conman's wife Simmi, who owns a cloth shop in the same mall, he said. "We have received a complaint from a resident of Sector 52, Sanjay Srivastav, in which he has alleged that he paid Rs 45 lakh for the allotment of a HUDA plot and another Rs 45 lakh to his wife Simmi for a shop at the mall on MG Road," the official said.
He said that Bishnoi even got a HUDA allotment letter, issued in the name of the complainant, but that was later found to be fake.
Sen was arrested in August last year for allegedly cheating people of crores on the pretext of getting them HUDA plots and even blackmailing women, after befriending them and then clicking their objectionable photos, by posing as a judge for almost four years, starting 2010.
The fake judge used to stay in a rented accommodation at a posh condominium in Gurgaon since 2010 and moved around in a red beacon-fitted luxury car with two bodyguards. He was nabbed from Hisar by the crime branch, following a complaint by a female anchor of a news channel.

Some photos of Sen rubbing shoulders with high-ranking police officers of Gurgaon, including then commissioner Alok Mittal, were also seized from Ashish, who often used to invite them to his private parties just to pose for snaps with them.
He is currently in judicial custody, lodged in Bhondsi prison.
