The Whitman-Hanson junior won state titles in the 1-mile (5:09.67) and the 1,000 meters (2:57.50) at the Division 3 indoor track & field championships, the first girl in program history to accomplish the feat.
BOB PERETTE, MARSHFIELD
The senior guard set a single-game school record with 47 points in a 71-65 win over Cardinal Spellman on Feb. 13. He is averaging 17.6 points per game for the Rams (11-5).
JULIE TEVENAN, WEYMOUTH
Competing in the David Hemery Valentine Invitational track meet on Feb. 13, the Worcester Polytechnic Institute junior set the school record in the mile (5:05.49), earning a spot in the New England Championships.
