Devvarman for Kolkata Challenger

Somdev Devvarman leads a host of fellow Indian Davis Cuppers in the $50,000 Emami Kolkata Open ATP Challenger tournament beginning at the Bengal Tennis Association courts on Monday.

Vishnu Vardhan, Sanam Singh, Yuki Bhambri, Jeevan Nedunchezhiyan, Saketh Myneni, Ramkumar Ramanathan and N. Sriram Balaji will be the other Indians in fray.

Australian James Duckworth is likely to be top seeded in a field of 32 that includes last year’s champion Ilija Bozoljac.

The qualifying rounds will be played on Saturday and Sunday.
