Shital Thakkar visits Indore’s Khajrana Ganesh Mandir with son’s wedding card

Shital Thakkar, who plays the onscreen role of Vivaan’s masimaa in Satrangi Sasural, was in the city recently to visit the famous Khajrana temple shrine. The actress presented the wedding invite of her on-screen son to Lord Ganesh and also invited the people of Indore to the wedding and shower their warm wishes.
Since this was her first visit to the city, Shital was obviously excited about exploring it further.She told us, “I have never visited Indore before but the intricate architecture of the Khajrana really attracted me. Also, I must appreciate the devotees of the city. It was in the afternoon that we reached the temple, and yet there was a long queue of people.” The actress, who was in the city all day, also tried her hands on the famous Indori poha-jalebi and said, “It was so delicious and filling, I simply loved it. I also tasted some namkeen and it was mind-blowing, I am definitely taking some for my family back home and bringing all the cast of our show next time to Indore to experience the warmth and love of the city.”

About her show, she said, “Since Satrangi Sasural is not your average saas-bahu drama, we are trying different ways to promote it. Indore is a very important city for television TRP and it builds a connect with the characters of the show.
