Prahlad Kakar to be the chief guest at CHARUSAT's Convegno

VADODARA: The Indukaka Ipcowala Institute of Management (I2IM), a constituent of Charotar University of Science and Technology (CHARUSAT) is organizing a mega management carnival – Convegno 2015 – on Saturday and Sunday.
More than 1500 students of management from various institutes across the country are participating in this gala management meet.
Prahlad Kakar, leading advertising film director and founder of Genesis Film Productions has been invited as the chief guest of the meet that will be held at Changa-based education campus in Anand district.
Kakar will address the 175th MANAS on the topic of ‘Integrated marketing communication: a strategic tool for branding’ during the event.
I2IM has been organizing Convegno for the last five years. In Convegno 2013, professor N Ravichandran, director of IIM, Indore and in Convegno 2014, Mumbai’s famed ‘Dabbawalas’ had graced the events.
“This time Convegno 2015 is going to be remarkable in its sense as under the varied heads of zones, 20 diverse competitive events have been organized for the participants,” said Dr Govind Dave, dean of Faculty of Management Studies and I2IM’s principal.
“Kakar’s presence will be motivational and guiding source for innovative steps taken at our campus,” he said.
