StyleHaul, a top YouTube fashion and beauty lifestyle network, has appointed Olivier Delfosse — formerly senior VP of digital for FremantleMedia Worldwide — as chief operating officer.

Delfosse reports to StyleHaul president and CEO Stephanie Horbaczewski, based in the multichannel network’s Los Angeles headquarters. Both FremantleMedia and StyleHaul are owned by European broadcast giant RTL Group.

At FremantleMedia, Delfosse led global digital initiatives and negotiated partnerships with YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and others. As StyleHaul’s COO, Delfosse is tasked with leading the company’s investments, as well as overseeing operations across business units and developing strategy to expand into international markets with Asia and Brazil as priorities.

In addition, Delfosse will lead the partnership between StyleHaul and FremantleMedia’s U.S. digital studio Tiny Riot!, which last year launched original YouTube series “The Crew,” the first of what is expected to be 10 original series through 2016.

At Fremantle, Delfosse managed P&L for all interactive businesses across a broad spectrum of FremantleMedia North America’s TV properties, including “American Idol,” “America’s Got Talent,” “The Price Is Right,” “Family Feud” and “The X Factor.”
