Three boys drown in Tunga

Three boys drowned in the Tunga on Tuesday. The boys, all 15 years old, were identified as Lohith Singh, Abhishek and Nandish.They had gone with their classmate Naveen to the Shiva temple on the occasion of Mahashivaratri in Harakere village. After visiting the temple, they went for a swim. When the three went missing in the river, Naveen, who was on the river bank, informed their parents. The police and Fire and Emergency Services personnel recovered the bodies on Wednesday. A case has been registered at the Tunga Nagar police station.
