Hindu Munnani leader Ramagopalan paid floral tributes at the memorial of Thanulinga Nadar at Pottraiyadi on the occasion of the latter’s 100th birth anniversary here on Tuesday.
As part of the centenary celebrations, a motorbike rally was flagged off near Nagaraja Temple by State president of Hindu Munnani Arasu Raja.
The rally passed through Kottar and Suchindram and reached Potraiyadi. District president of Hindu Munnani ‘Misa’ Soman, BJP State executive committee member M.R. Gandhi and VHP’s Kaliyappan participated.
Later in the evening, Mr. Ramagopalan participated in the Hindu Munnani conference at Pudukkadai.
