RAJOURI, Feb 17: A villager was buried alive in a landslide in Budhal area of district Rajouri today.
A police spokesman said that incident took place when one Abdul Qayoom (57), son of Mohd Hanief, resident of Samote village was digging good earth near his house to spread on his muddy house. Suddenly, landslides from the nearby hill hit him and a portion of his house. He was buried alive. Later, the villagers started operation to trace his body. A police party also reached the site.
