Spruce Peak Realty Announces Six Week Sell Out of New Residences at Award Winning Stowe Mountain Resort

Spruce Peak Realty concluded record sales of the latest addition to Spruce Peak at Stowe, the 19-unit Club Residences, selling out in just six weeks. The beautifully appointed, luxury condominiums range in size from two- to five- bedrooms, priced from $1,100,000 to $4,000,000. The Club Residences are being constructed at the heart of the new base village above the Adventure Center, another outstanding amenity being added to the 35-acre exclusive ski-in/ski-out community at the base of Stowe Mountain Resort.

“This is one of the most successful ski resort sales programs in the U.S. during the 2014-15 ski season. Spruce Peak at Stowe has found the right product for the market with the Club Residences, offering a limited number of exclusive homes in a great location in this outstanding four season mountain resort community,” said Spruce Peak VP and Director of Real Estate Development Sam Gaines.

The Club Residences are exceptionally spacious resort homes with customized floor plans, dramatic double height spaces with cathedral ceilings, and tremendous views. Owners receive a high level of service with underground valet parking, concierge and the many privileges of the Stowe Mountain Club including dining, lounge and boardroom. The four-story residences are built above the new Adventure Center with a climbing wall, ski school and daycare. The Club Residences will be available for occupancy in fall 2016.

The Club Residences and Adventure Center are part of a $100 million expansion at Spruce Peak at Stowe that also includes several additions to its array of recreation and amenity offerings. Currently under construction is the 20,000-square-foot Stowe Mountain Club that will offer stunning slope-side dining, expansive ski lockers and underground parking. Also underway is an outdoor skating rink. Both are set to open winter 2016. A ZipTour ride from the top of Mt. Mansfield will open in summer 2015.

The current Spruce Peak at Stowe community is a 35-acre alpine village featuring the only ski-in-ski-out residences at Stowe Mountain Resort. The village currently comprises the Stowe Mountain Lodge featuring a 312-room four-star condominium hotel with 21,000 square foot spa and swim-in/swim out resort pool, 38 Mountain Cabins, the 423-seat Stowe Performing Arts Center, and the Stowe Mountain Club which includes 36 holes of scenic golf and mountain club facilities.

Spruce Peak at Stowe includes 235 developable acres and 2,000 acres of conservation lands. Only 400 dwelling units can be built in the exclusive mountain community.

“Spruce Peak at Stowe rapidly became one of the top ski resort communities in the country since opening in 2003,” noted Gaines. “Families are making Stowe their preferred vacation home. We have seen over $70 million in sales activity over the past 18 months.”

Spruce Peak at Stowe is a Certified Audubon Sustainable Community with the #1 Golf Resort in the Northern U.S. and was named the #5 Top Resort in the United States by Conde Nast Traveler. Stowe Mountain Lodge was named the #3 Family Hotel in the United States by Travel & Leisure.
