Tabu to play the cop in Drishyam remake

After portraying the powerful character, Geetha IPS officer in Drishyam, Asha Sharath has reprised the same character in the Telugu Version of the movie also. However, we hear that in the Bollywood version of family thriller, actress Tabu will play the cop. Ajay Devgn will play the protagonist in the movie helmed by National award winner Nishikant Kamat.
While Mohanlal play the lead in Malayalam, Kamal Haasan made it big in Tamil version of Drishyam and Telugu version has Ventakesh as protagonist.
