Education Qualification:
Chief Manager - The candidate should possess a graduate degree or a post graduate degree in JAIIB/CAIIB with 10 years of banking experience as an officer/manager in scheduled commercial bank and adequate knowledge in banking operations, credit and marketing.
Executive - The candidate should be post graduate/graduate in CAIIB. The executive cadre being Top Management position offers leadership positions in various functional areas / departments like General Banking /Credit/treasury/Technology/Retail Banking/CASA Marketing/NRI Marketing/Sales Management. The candidate should have around 15 years of experience as a Senior Manager/Officer.

Age Limit:
Chief Manager: The age of the candidate should be around 45 years.
Executive: The age of the candidate should be around 50 years.
