New Delhi-Habibganj Shatabdi to be affected due to third rail linking

BHOPAL: Trains reaching Bhopal including Shatabdi Express would make unscheduled halt at Salamatpur for 35 minutes to two hours every day from February 15 to February 24 because of non-interlocking work of third rail line between Dewanganj and Bhadbhada section. This is a part of the Bina-Bhopal railway section where third rail line works are ongoing. Previously, section between Sukhi Sewania and Bhadbhada was affected.
Some trains will also be cancelled due to the work, a railway spokesman said on Wednesday.
Train no 12002 New Delhi-Habibganj Shatabdi Express would be made to stop at Salamatpur station for around 35 mins daily during the period. Similarly, train no 11016 LTT-Gorakhpur Kushinagar Express would be made to halt at Salamatpur for around 2 hours daily during the period till the laying of rail lines is over while train no 12541 Gorakhpur-LTT Kushinagar Express would stop for 30 minutes.
Among the trains cancelled between the period would be train no 12198/12197 Gwalior-Bhopal-Gwalior Intercity Express that would remain cancelled between Bina and Bhopal and would ply between Bina and Gwalior.
Train no 51827/51828 Jhansi-Itarsi-Jhansi Passenger would remain cancelled between Bina and Bhopal. On February 15, train no 51827 would be terminated at Bhopal station while from Febraury15-24, it would ply between Bhopal and Nagpur.
Similarly, train no 51828 would terminate at Bina station on February 15 and would ply between Bina and Jhansi till February 24.
Train number 11058 Amritsar-LTT Express would stop at all stations between Bina and Bhopal from February 15-24.
Train no 54811/54812 Bhopal-Jodhpur-Bhopal fast passenger would remain cancelled between Bina and Bhopal and would ply between Bina and Jodhpur. Passengers of train no 54812 can avail train no 11058 to travel from Bina to Bhopal during the period. Similarly, passengers of train no 54811 can avail train no 22161 Bhopal-Damoh Rajyarani Express between Bhopal and Bina and will also connect train no 51614 from Bina to Kota.
Train no 61631/61632 Bhopal-Bina MEMU will remain cancelled between Bhopal and Sanchi stations. Passengers of these trains can avail 16031/16093 for travelling between the two stations. Once the trains reach Sanchi, thereafter MEMU trains will ply onward.
