Sebastian Telfair began the season with the Thunder, but once Russell Westbrook got healthy, they kept Ish Smith as their third point guard over Telfair.
Telfair has played in China since, but he could be returning to the NBA.

Injuries to Blake Griffin and Glen Davis could alter their plans, but the Clippers have two open roster spots and room below the hard the hard cap to fill both. One could go to a point guard – Telfair or otherwise – while still leaving room to add a big man.
