THE MINT CORPORATION ANNOUNCES ADDITION TO THEIR BOARD

The Mint Corp. has added Stephen Dulmage to the board of directors effective Feb. 2, 2015.

Mr. Dulmage is a seasoned financial executive with over 40 years of experience. He has a BA from McMaster University and earned his CPA (previously called a CA) with Price Waterhouse. For 19 years he was chief financial officer and director of RBC Dominion Securities, then Canada's largest investment dealer. Mr. Dulmage has been a director and audit committee chair of many public companies. He is currently a trustee and audit committee chair of Partners Real Estate Investment Trust.

Mr. Gagnon, chairman of the board, is pleased to welcome Mr. Dulmage to the board and believes his skills and background will provide significant value to Mint.
