SKK Mobile, a mobile phone maker in the affordable segment, recently launched its latest device in the Philippines, packaging it as “local,” “affordable” and a one-hand use phablet (phone tablet).
The firm is the latest player in the mobile retail sector whose “affordable” segment remains attractive.
The company, hence, launched it “V2,” a mid-range Android smartphone that has a 5-inch screen supplied by LG Electronics Inc.
The company claims the V2 allows one-hand operation as the for power and volume buttons. The volume button also allows users to open to-do notes and launch the built-in camera.
Other features of the V2 include the following: double tap to wake function; browse home screen and media content and answer the phone even while the hand is away from the device; automatic-enhancement of portrait shots; take screenshots; heart rate monitor and sensor; prevent viewing and reading sensitive data; and, allows transfer media content on screen to screen.
SKK is selling the V2 at P4,999 and promises to launch a discounted price on the phone in the coming months.
