Eligibility criteria:
Educational qualification:
Customer Service Officer (CSO): Candidates must have second class degree of a recognized University / Post Graduate / Double graduate of a recognized University with minimum 50% marks in the aforesaid examination.
Age limit: Candidates age must be 32 years as on March 31, 2015.
Customer Service Representative(CSR): Candidates should be a graduate of a recognized University with minimum 45% marks and adequate knowledge of computer application.
Age limit: Candidates age should be 30 years as on March 31, 2015.
