Roadies reaches Varanasi

Actors Esha Deol, Rannvijay Singha, Karan Kundra and boxer Vijender Singh were in Varanasi on Tuesday to shoot some episodes of a reality TV show.
VJ Bani was also here with them. The celebrities, along with 20 participants, spent the entire day on Gai Ghat and in its adjoining lanes.

The Banarasi masti seemed to have rubbed on to the contestants, who were seen having a great time doing the various tasks assigned to them.Starting with a puja, the contestants were asked to locate paan shops in the narrow lanes and also eat the famous Banarasi paan.

Another interesting task that the youngsters performed was to cover the wall of a stable with cow dung cakes. And if this was not enough, they even had to carry a bucketful of milk. The most hilarious task was where the girl contestants of different teams were asked to move the heavyweight pahalwans (wrestlers) backwards, with a rope, tied on the waist of the wrestlers. The activity certainly brought a smile on the face of the onlookers, who gathered in large numbers on the ghat to get a glimpse of the actors. Some of them even posed with VJ Bani for a click. Later, the contestants headed for a boat and went on the sandy banks of River Ganga, where camping tents were arranged for them.
