BJP president Amit Shah is addressing an election rally at Madanpur Khadar in Delhi. Earlier in the day, BJP's chief-ministerial candidate Kiran Bedi is campaigning at north-west Delhi's Mangolpuri and nearby areas, before holding one in her constituency, Krishna Nagar.
