LOS ANGELES, Feb. 2 (UPI) -- Miley Cyrus is selling her childhood home for $5.995 million.

According to the LA Times, Cyrus, 22, has listed the Toluca Lake property where she grew up with her parents Billy Ray and Brandy Cyrus and her siblings. The Cyruses purchased the home in 2007 for $5.838 million, and the mansion was later transferred to Cyrus through a property trust.

The Tuscan-style house sits in a half-acre of land and was designed by Montecito architect Bob Easton. The 8,700 square feet home features a 21-foot formal entry, six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms and a Juliette Balcony.

While Cyrus hasn't lived in the house for years, the property's yard continues to be well kept and includes mature landscaping, palm trees and several gardens.
