The Postgraduate Entrance Test (PGET) conducted by the Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) for admission to 12 medical and 19 dental colleges in the State will be held on Sunday.
As many 18,094 candidates (13,615 for medical and 4,479 dental) have registered to appear for the exam that will be held in 27 centres. Candidates have been asked to bring with them the online test admission ticket (TAT), downloaded from the COMEDK website, a recent passport-size colour photograph and valid photo identity proof. To prevent malpractice and impersonation, COMEDK has introduced new initiatives where the candidate’s uploaded photo, along with their digital signature, will be made available in the invigilator’s diary. Candidates have to provide a unique ID proof along with registration number, and the MCI/DCI registration number is also compulsory at the time of application submission.
