Four arrested in Magnolia meth bust

Four people were arrested at a business in Magnolia where police found two handguns, ammunition, drug paraphernalia and 125 grams of methamphetamine at the 11500 block of FM 1488 on Thursday.

The arrests were made as part of a search warrant being served by Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Special Investigations Unit and SWAT team. The search warrant was part of an ongoing investigation regarding the trafficking of methamphetamines.

Jason Paul Sheffield, 39, was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of a controlled substance.

Jessica Mixon, 28, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Elizabeth Weimert, 33, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
