The owners originally thought about starting a craft brewery. But decided instead to try distilling. Their signature spirts are Copper City Bourbon and Desert Dry Gin. They also have a Desert Durum Whiskey made with Arizona-grown grain. And a Humphrey's Whiskey made in collaboration with Four Peaks brewery, which supplied the mash left over after the brewing process.
