TV’s Krishna turns host with crime show Savdhaan India

Actor Sourabh Raaj Jain (earlier Saurabh), who is better known as Indian television’s Lord Krishna, will be seen in a new avatar – that of an anchor.

He will be hosting Savdhaan India along with Pooja Gor, Sushant Singh and Hiten Tejwani.

He says, “My mother is a Punjabi, so she was happy to know that I will be hosting the Punjab-centric segment. I have seen a few episodes of the show and I like the way it is shot.” The actor feels lucky to have got the opportunity to be part of a variety of shows.He adds, “After doing daily soaps like Parichay and Uttaran, I was offered mythical characters and now, I have turned host. It’s a great feeling.” We hear that he has undergone a makeover for the show. “I have cut my hair and will sport a beard,” he informs.
