What do you do when the sexiest man in the country has an equally sexy twin?

Cosmopolitan magazine's readers found it so hard to separate Alex and Charlie Kotze that they were both voted Cosmo's "sexiest man" of 2015.

All the finalists paraded around The Sands in Sandton last night, at an event hosted by DJ Ms Cosmo.

The "K2" brothers, as they call themselves, quit liquor and junk food and embarked on a training regimen in an effort to become fitness models.

But it is a wholly different world standing topless on a stage in front of screaming girls fawning over your rock-hard abs to the family farm in Vredendal.

How did they do it? Well, they both have more willpower than most of us could ever muster.

Alex's cheat snack is a packet of wine gums, and they believe a piece of hake fillet daily is the "best thing since sliced bread".

Apart from physical work on the farm, the fellas reportedly gym six days a week.

They told Channel 24: "We try to fit in our training session once a day, six days a week. We don't train on Sundays as our gym is closed. If it weren't we'd probably be there seven days a week.

"Farm work often requires physical labour so we tend to work the muscles during the day as well," says Alex.

The twins told Cosmo they're working on a debut clothing range and will be doing a lot of television this year.
