How To Get Away With Murder returns with an all new episode this Thursday, 29 January, 2015, at 10 pm on ABC.

Episode 10 is titled Hello, Raskolnikov, in which secrets will come out of the closet, questions will be answered and a murderer will be exposed.

The official synopsis reads as follows:

The search for Sam begins. It's the day after Sam's murder and the students are called in to help Annalise find her missing husband, but just how much does Annalise know? And when a surprise visitor shows up in town, getting away with this murder might not be as easy as the students had hoped.

According to a report in Tvline, the fall premiere episode will feature no sex scene.

"The episode is coitus-free. But what the hour lacks in nooky, it makes up for in awkward morning-after energy (for Bonnie and Asher) and additional Murder Night flashbacks (you will learn just how involved Annalise was in the events of the evening)," said the report.

Executive Producer Pete Nowalk dished a bit on Oscar winner Marcia Gay Harden's character in the show.

"We meet her character at the end of [Thursday's episode]. She plays this really powerful, smart woman to be in scenes with Viola," Nowalk said.

"You can expect their interactions to be big and emotional."

This Thursday's episode picks up the same day as the mid-season finale, right after Annalise filed a missing persons report on Sam, who is now suspect no 1 in Lila's murder.

According to a report in TV Guide, not all of the Keating students will handle the police interrogation well.

Producer Pete Nowalk said, "These people have never done anything like this, so they're naturally nervous and scared to varying degrees. You saw that a little bit in [Episode] 9 with Connor."

He added, "There are a lot of secrets and secret-keeping going on, and one of them will come out [in Thursday's episode] in an unexpected way."

The show stars the Academy Award nominee Viola Davis as Annalise Keating, a criminal law professor who recruits five of her best law students to work for her firm. Amid all the cases, things take a drastic turn after all of them are caught up in a murder trial.
