Claremount, a development of 26 houses built by Parkway Properties and designed by OCA Architects, was partly constructed in 2007, at a time when its four-bedroom houses were projected to sell for €2.275 million. By June 2009, prices for these properties had fallen to €1.15 million. The development is now owned by Nama, and construction with the aim of finishing the estate has recently commenced.
