Jaguar XE Named Most Beautiful Car of 2014
The Jaguar XE has been awarded the Most Beautiful Car of 2014 at the 30th edition of Festival Automobile International in Paris.
The award was decided by public vote, with more than 100,000 people who voted from 59 countries across the world.
Cars like the Mazda MX-5, Mercedes C-Class Estate and the Fiat 500X also received votes but the Jaguar XE outpaced all of them, winning with 28 percent votes.
Ian Callum, Jaguar Director of Design collected the award in front of a huge crowd that had almost 600 VIPs.
This is the second award that the Jaguar XE received, the first being Best Production Car during the Paris Motor Show in October 2014.
Jaguar will showcase the award winning XE, along with 18 other concept cars, including the Jaguar Project 7.
The Jaguar XE was first revealed at the Paris Motor Show, which took place back in October 2014 and is available to order in the UK now.
The Festival Automobile International is a four day event held at the Hotel des Invalides, which started on the 28th of January and is expected to have around 40,000 visitors.
